Application Processing Donation Fee
This is a one-time $10 NON-REFUNDABLE application processing donation fee which is required before we start to process your application. The $10 application donation helps all of our pitties for anything they may need while your application is being processed. Please read our FAQ portion prior to completing the application, there is very important information found there. Then be sure all information given on your application is correct, and that you have not left anything blank on the application.
Once submitted, check your email and/or spam for an application confirmation from application.chitownpitties@gmail.com. This confirmation will be received within a few hours of application submission.
